As being the toughest among all the exams, the ratio of students clearing this level is the lowest. Going by the statistics, only 15 % clear the CA Finals. A student after clearing the IPCC exam has to complete his articleship under a practicing Chartered Accountant for 3 years and then only he becomes eligible to sit for this very exam. One can appear for CA final exam during the last 6 months of his articleship.
Passing Criteria
A student has to score at least 40 % in every paper and a total of 50 % in all the papers of both the groups together in case if he is attempting both the groups and all papers of a lone group. And if he fails in doing so, then he will have to reappear in all the papers of those single group/groups again.

- Prepare notes so that a day before exam you can easily go through the entire vast syllabus.
